"Yume Naraba" is Abe Natsumi's fourth single. "Nariyamanai Tambourine" was originally scheduled to be released as her fourth single on January 26th, 2005, but the single was canceled due to her plagiarism hiatus. The limited edition version of the single came with Hello! Project photo cards 0128–0133, and the Single V came with photo card 0144. "Yume Naraba" appears on Abe's second album 2nd ~Shimiwataru Omoi~ and her best-of album Abe Natsumi ~Best Selection~ 15 Shoku no Nigaoe Tachi.
