Information
Park Bom left South Korea in the 6th grade and studied abroad in the United States. She graduated high school and enrolled at Lesley University with a psychology major. However, she had dreams to become a singer. With her parents support, Bom transferred to Berklee College of Music with a vocalist major. Bom auditioned to become a trainee at YG Entertainment but failed 3 times. In 2005 she finally passed and began receiving training. Initially, Bom was scheduled to debut as a solo artist in March 2007, but YG decided to debut Bom in 2NE1. In 2006, Bom was featured in Lee Hyori's Anystar CF. Bom debuted with 2NE1 in March 2009. She released her solo digital single You And I on October 28, 2009.
